As the day unfolds, we gently drop from the head into the body, awakening self-love and the joy of being alive through a variety of conscious practices. During this day, you will be guided through the unique Awakening Touch massage technique. To support your experience, please bring a towel, a sarong and natural massage oil. We will conclude our day with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and a deeply nourishing Sound Healing Journey, allowing yourself to settle and integrate in a safe, held space. ABOUT US: Introduction of Bella Skalkina and Igor Earthchild Bella and Igor have been in a conscious relationship for seven years. This shared journey has given them the opportunity to deeply explore themselves through their relationship and to grow both individually and as a couple. They believe that a relationship is like a fastest track for development, where both shadows and light emerge. By viewing difficulties and challenging moments as opportunities for learning and mutual growth, greater intimacy and connection are born. Today, Bella and Igor work as therapists in Helsinki and Tallinn. They are especially fascinated by everything related to the body — they believe that hidden codes are stored in our bodies, waiting to be discovered. When these codes are unlocked, a person can connect with their vital life force and inner wisdom. Sound healing and cacao with Ananda and Kaushalya: Ananda and Kaushalya were born in Northern Estonia – the land of fairytale forests and crystal clear springs. Their journey began in 1999 through various music projects, a common interest in Eastern philosophy, meditation, indigenous cultures and practicing Tibetan sound healing methods. Music is a sacred tool or key, to enter into the invisible world. In their creation, you can experience uplifting “language” between sound and silence. Ananda and Kaushalya are multi instrumental musicians, sound healers, voice and rhythm teachers, Sound healing trainers, composers, songwriters, music producers and cacao facilitators. They developed their system called “GONG SPA”, using an approach to relaxation, meditation, joy and transformation based on existential psychology and sound therapy.
